As many of you know I have more then a couple sewing machines and was determined not to get all my specialty feet mixed together when I purchased my Elna 6005. This tote works out great hanging in the sewing room or folded compactly for traveling to class.

You will need:

  • Fabric - 2 strips cut 7" by 41" - If using a light weight fabric, back the fabric with craft weight fusible interfacing.
  • Vinyl - soft and pliable, available at most sewing stores - cut to 7" by 3.5"
  • Bias tape - 4 yards of 1/4" wide double fold.
  • A plastic tube hanger and a saw to cut it.
  • 5" of Cord elastic
  • Button
